Alliance Tire Offers 10 Year Warranty on Selected Farm Tires

Alliance Tire Americas, Inc. (ATA) recently announced a 10-year workmanship and materials warranty on selected Alliance, Galaxy and Primex brand farm radial steel-belted tires; Tractor, Agricultural-Transport, Fronts, Implements, Harvester, Row Crop and Sprayer tires. This is one of the longest warranties offered. For tires manufactured prior to January 1, 2019, the warranty is 5 years. This extension will cover selected tires manufactured or purchased after Jan 1, 2019 for another 2-5 years, depending on the tire.

The new warranty offers 100% compensation for tires within 25% wear limits for up to two years. For years 3-10 there is a sliding scale based on tire age and degree of wear. The new policy also includes a 7-year workmanship and materials coverage on ATA’s standard agricultural tires, as well as a 3 year stubble and hazard warranty on selected farm tires.

Alliance states that this decision to increase the warranty coverage is a result of new manufacturing capacities as well as process and expertise that resulted from their acquisition by Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. in 2016.

To make the warranty claim process easy, Alliance, Galaxy and Primex customers may use the company’s ATG Warranty Wizard app for quick, easy filing of warranty claims. Download the app from Google Play or iTunes to use a smartphone to submit photos and claim data directly to the company for processing within 1 to 2 business days.
